10,000..it is going to cost ya at least 15,000-18,000 to make it right.....The market is what it is............I know because i am buried in a old race boat myself, but i could give a fug...They are bad as$ classics and they will never go out of style......Buy it and dont keep any record of what you spend, it will just make ya want to cut your wrists..........

I started a spreadsheet the weekend I got mine home to track spending.
That lasted about 2 weeks
Decided to stop recording that stuff right away...I'm into it for few K already, and I'm far from done.
That's one of the cool things about having a wife that's into it too.
She shops the internet, and as long as it's a good price for what it is, she buys it. And I'm talking about boat parts, not shoes.

I just think it's cool when she looks at me and says " I found this Gaffrig throttle/shifter and it's brand new, and only costs $xxx"
"I found a brand new mech. trim gauge, Gaffrig, red, matches the throttle/shifter, and it's only $xx, so I bought it - is that OK?"
Pumps on the boat??
No shoes on the boat.

Truth be told, I have an awesome wife that put's up with my addiction. Hell, she was giving Pepe hugs a few weeks ago when we were done there. She already told me if I want to get another boat, she's keeping this one for herself.
The new TS 28 is a certain candidate - hottest thing I've seen in a long time.
