no i had it advertised for about 5 months and never got 1 single phone call. the last month i put it up for peanuts just 2 see if i get a call and still didnt get 1 phone call. its def not a good time to sell anything at all.

4 properties included. cant sell 1 thing. i give up im throwing in the towel.
