Or a "one off 27" west coast PANTHER? Take A close look. It looks like she is based on the 24ft narrow 7ft hull.
Streatched 24....

Well,

it looks longer than my 24, but narrower than a 28?? Curved windscreen area makes it not a Pantera for sure, but for $1500 it may be a neat project.
