ar15meister,
I'm leaving for Nipissing in a few hours. My place is on the inside at SW end of Sandy Island. Only red marker in that area is right in front of my place. Stop for a brew if you're going by. Where are you keeping the boat? |

North Bay broads? Did they have all their teeth? Were they 16 and pregnant or did they just pop into the bar from the reserve?
As for air time, you want the number for a really good drive rebuilder? :evilb: I went over to Humber Bay Park to check out the launch yesterday, looks nice and deep but there doesnt seem to be anywhere to tie up there. Once I get it back down from Nipissing we have to take it out for a run in Ontario for the korean rowboater slalom course. The boat is going to be down for one weekend in the next couple of weeks for some work we want to do to clean up the engine compartment. I am putting in a better starter, some new braided stainless lines. We also have to move some gauges-or add new ones. With the race setup some of the important gauges are on the other side (as you guys for sure know when you are going fast you want things central and easy)and I dont trust my girlfriend to keep an eye on them!:angry-smiley-038:. I am going to install a GPS screen as well when I have time. We have been so busy at the shop lately I havent had time to do boat stuff. But at least I ave been doing my training on the weekends. Everyone makes fun of me for buying this boat without ever having even driven a tin boat with a 9hp motor. I actually get a kick out of it. But man is driving the thing ever fun--I am hooked :D |

Where are you keeping the boat? Not sure what the area is called but it lives with a 35 Cigarette roommate for the time being. Big white place. You probably know the boat, Brian likes to make alot of noise in the thing. |

I knew the owner very well and he was meticulous about taking care of the boat and motor! It is a very very well maintained boat and motor and I am sure it will bring you many years of fun! WT |
Yah Jeff did take great care of it.
And he takes my calls anytime, which is nice seeing as he knows that boat like the back of his hand. dealing with him was fantastic and I am so happy with the boat. The motor is amazing, Bischoff really built that thing tight and it idles, runs and revs up perfectly. The tunnel ram intake is pretty neat too and it really does work. |
lets see what that baby looks like under the hatch :cool-smiley-011:
it's ok were all family here:p |
Here is the engine pic from the day I brought the boat home.
I just realized that I never posted pics and told you guys the funny story about the first run I ever had in my boat, my FIRST boat ever--28 Pantera ex world champ race boat --haha:eek: |
First we stripped off all of the decals including the green eyes on the side. I was back and forth about doing this but in the end I wanted a cleaner and sleeker look.
