Tab Indicator Adjustment
#1
I have a good customer that bought the same tabs as on the 28 Panteras. Similar to KPlanes at a better price!
He also bought a Livorsi mechanical indicator. His marina is having issues getting the indicator to move with the movement of the tabs. thye get a long lag - the tab moves 2 - 3" then the indicator moves and the indicator never goes to the same mark on the indicator.
Anyone have a secret or proven method of adjusting this? I always have done mine at neutral tab and tighten the cable.
Thanks

Kirk, Did you get my reply to you on the same subject? I sent it to your Elite address, early this AM.
I kind of walked you through it, or so I thought. Let me know if there is something that you did not understand.
More than likely the cable coming through the tab plate is too far out.
Joe, yours are completely different, they are the Stainless marine racing version (pop ups)
And YES, I am working instead of racing in Ft. Lauderdale!
Later,
Pp.
