Really sharp Jo & Pepe! Seems like it still sits up nice and high in the water at the transom ... lot's of freeboard still.

Put some neon green underwater lights on that bad boy and that would be really sweet at night.

Mike,

Hull sides are 2 1/2 inches lower at the transom due to the T.S. bottom. Has a real nice stance in the water.Lower CG !!

Dale,

We could do it behind each step.

Going to test in the morning out in the Ocean then the boat is heading North to Ducky's Boats our dealer in PA.I will post cockpit pics. and video soon.

Had it up to 78 MPH today in dead flat water at only 4950 RPM spinning a semi labbed 27 P5 Hydromotive prop.To much transom lift out of the P5.Should see 79-80 consistent once dialed at 5300 RPM with a great rough water setup.

Next prop is a really worked labbed 26' P5X Hydro or a worked Maximus 5 blade. With the aggressive drive height I went with the boat likes the 5 blade over the 4 blade unless I spaced down the drive by a 1/2 inch and went with a 4 blade. The 5 blade has better cruise speeds and handles better in rough water with this set up. Cranked the wheel hard today in smooth water at high speeds and the T.S. bottom handled perfect.

Boat left tonight with Tom jr. from Ducky's boats and should be in PA. tomorrow. Retail price on this new 2009 28 SR is $ 159,000 including the custom paint and recessed hull side option. We will also have a base price in the coming days with a 496 HO - 425 HP and no recessed hull sides option.

I had a photographer take pics. today with a model and should have pictures by Friday. I will post them in a few days.

Here are a few that I took !

Happy Thanksgiving,

JO
