Anyone looking for a nice 24???
May or may not need to sell my 24' SE, but thought I would throw some feelers out there. It's a 95' SE with a JC Performance BBC 125 +/- hours on the motor. Dyno sheet showed 560 ish hp and the boat is a solid 75 mph any day of the week.
Any interest shoot me an email and I can get some pics together too. Thanks! [email protected] |
Is this true - Are you looking to sell your 24SE - Maybe you would like to make another trip to North Carolina and pick up a real nice 28 with a KE675 Blower Motor... Hope you and the family are doing well...
Maybe Stormrider needs 1995 24SE... |

Mike B? is now NoGas?
If so, he'd be the 2nd owner, whom i bought it from. I'm guessing that is correct, w/ the white wheel, and annapolis in that photo. |

Well, mike was from the MD area.
And that does look like my old boat. And Jeff has the pic. Did your's have the green right there? Mine did. |
It looks like yours has/had purple piping on the sides of the bolsters. Mine had a white steering wheel and piping only on the "head rests". Plus the interior in mine was a little rough, at least until Nick started re doing it...

Yep, I owned the boat for a few years while living in Annapolis. The picture was taken on Back Creek on a nice fall day. Had a lot of good memories from looking at the pictures in this thread. The original owner had something to do with Budweiser and had a giant frog sticker on both sides of the boat (...remember the Budweiser commercial?). Anyway, he sold the boat because he wanted a Harley. I sold the boat to Rob to get something bigger with twin engines. Only to realise by doing so I doubled my headaches.
Great boat and I wish Ziemer and the "next" owner well. Mike Beaver- |
backseat is a giveaway too. yours had 3 separates, and mine was just a flat bench, no piping.
|
Hey mike!!!!
What you running these days? |
I've had a few bad experiences with performance boats and decided to take a break. I got back into "sailboat racing" (I know...oxymoron!!!) and hence the screen name change. Felt silly being known as NORTECH380 without owning a Nortech any longer. The Lightning in my profile is actually a sailboat and not a "beak boat". Just had some insider fun with that...
I've got a flats fishing boat these days with a 250XS that keeps me interested. I'd like to get something else but I lost a good chunk of change on a new boat deposit from some well-known builders in Miami which left a sour taste in my mouth(NOT Pantera). Hope all is going well. MB |
Fired her up on the hose today. Damn that big block sounds good. :evilb: :evilb:
Hasn't been run in 2-3 months and it started right up. :drink: Still an outboard guy down deep, but you can't ever get enough of that staight pipe sound, I don't care who you are. :ernaehrung004: |
jeff, you done much to the engine? or still the same.

Haven't done too much. When I first brought it home, I had a friend of mine do a "once over" on it, and checked the valves. Since then I've changed the oil every 15-20 hours and had the Stainless Marine tail pipes lengthened and made dry until the very end of the pipe (outside the boat). :drink: |

Chris its real similar to mine in the paint job which I think is great - tracks the lines of the boat and shows it off. |
Just gonna bring this back to the top since it's now spring time. :p :ernaehrung004:
Nothing has changed since Oct, other than I've put a few hours on it. ;) |
ahhhh, i thought you were keeping it?
