**** if the worst you got was a warm bath your lucky. lol. im thinking a ton of people would be getting raped and all kinds of bad stuff to off load somthing. i bet we will be hearing for some reason a ton of boats will be sinking. LOL.

The flip side is something is also only worth what someone will sell it for. Distressed sale discounts may provide a lucky buyer with a purchase price below market, but that doesn't mean that the distressed sale price IS market value.
There's plenty of us who can afford to keep our boats if we don't get the price we want. And that means that stuff isn't only worth what people will pay for it, it means it's worth the product of what people will pay for it and what people will sell it for... Willing seller, willing buyer = fair market value.

All these Pantera for sale, and I dont see any classifieds listed for them...
I am about a year out from when I wanted to make a purchase, and its killing me. Jo even has contacted me with some used options. I might just have to bite the bullet and do something this year...
