Nice Job on the windscreen, when I redo mine this winter I may do one also, just depends on how long the transom etc. takes. Looks like you built it from wood, then glassed over, what wood did you use?? Gel, or paint??

I used standard wood, wrapped fiberglass around the wood 6 times. blocked it out. Then skim coated it with body filler. Blocked it again. Urathane primered it, blocked it again. Then just painted it with base coat- clear coat in my garage. The color is off alittle. I made the yellow at work and didnt have the right tints to adjust the color but its ok for now. Im going for a overall look for this year.

Did you have to modify/lower the helm when you switched to the sit-downs? Where is the throttle/shifter?
