Blowa...Mota as they say..hmmm

Now I was under the impression it ran 85+ with it's original high comp. SBC and then I heard it ran over 100+ with a different motor....I'm assuming this is the motor it ran over 100 with..?

What details do you know Crash-Box if any on speed?
No Sir !!!
It was definitely a 600 ++ H.P. motor, no doubt !
Not much over a 100 mph, but still triple digits
for a 24' in a mild chop. Lo-Lo-Lo-Loco !!!!

Ciao.......

Angel, I heard the same as you. 85+ w/original small block. Not sure about the small block w/the blower, but ran 103 w/a big block 700/750HP. The big block was the last motor in it according to the guy who owns it now...at least I think he still owns it. Did someone say this boat was getting a redo at Pantera?

Plum Loco was a great boat back in the day. However, I remember seeing a white Pantera three man 28 with a big blower motor in Miami. I saw them run pass 95 mph boats in the Miami intercoastal, have not seen that boat in a long time.

Is it the same Albert that races a 38 foot Cigarrete. If it is, not to many people can run that 28 the way I saw run out of government cut against a 33 Powerplay and blew his doors in 4 foot seas.
