Pantera Owners Rally

I am open to Destin but for it to be planned correctly we would need at least one Pantera owner who lives in the area to plan this correctly. I've looked at ramps in the area and this seems to be a good one.

Let's see what dates work best for everyone. I have committments the last weekend of July, and usually Fathers Day is the Donzi DustOff weekend up in Lake George New York... but unless my little boat is running(22 Classic) - I would be open to coming to Destin that weekend.

It would be great to get some feedback from someone who can help us navigate the waters with local knowledge of hazards that are less than obvious.
In my travels to the many Poker Runs and Rallies, its reassuring if we have a local in the lead boat so we don't run a ground or into shallows. (maybe just a local boater, would not have ot be a Pantera owner)
Once I was in the Sarasota Donzi Rally and we must have had 15 boats out of 35 run into some shallows and get stuck...by following accidentally the wrong boat. It was funny afterwords, but not so funny at the time.
Events are really about the people and new friendships and the commradery of owning and enjoying the same type of boat.

To this day the Friendships I have made while attending Donzi Rallies and some of the local Chesapeake Bay activities have been long lasting and wholesome positive memories for me and my friends.
This sounds like it will be another one!

I agree we need someone local if not this will not be as enjoyable. Now if we do it down here then no problem we have really great ramps and lots of locations. But to make this happen I'm willing to go anywhere at this point. As for dates I prefer later in the summer because I'm still doing my build and the later dates work better.

Ok guys check this out ..http://innondestinharbor.com/ I just got off the phone with the hotel . They don't have ramp or docks but the are one the bay and they have a beach . She told me that during big events that people just moor their boats just off the beach and that several boats can pull right up on the beach . They can park a few truck/trailer on sight and there's a doctors office across the street that will let boaters park with trailers on their lot . She'll get me the number to the doc's office and I will call if needed .
Check it out make sure it's not to cheep for ya ! It's a couple of miles from the ramp that Angel posted ..

Hey guys, i would love to get involved with this event...Not sure if you would be interested in Clearwater Beach, but I have access to a bunch of slips and the boating is awesome in this area with a bunch of bars/restaurants with free dockage, plus a bunch of islands that you can pull right up on. I should have my new 28 TS in about a month and I will share pictures of it then...right now we are in stealth mode...Talk soon..!!
