Probably about right for a 28 with only 450 total HP. Motors look very salty also, and complression looks a bit low. Probably could squeeze low 60's out of it with setup, maybe mid 60's with motor freshening, but thats about it, they are only 225 opti's.

They have made a few over the years, one of the older ones is in Miami being restored right now.

It doesn't help that the gearcases are not counter rotating.

$17k is a pretty good deal. (plus the $3k for the trailer)

It is a nice boat for the money. I bought it after the guy who won the bid never showed up. The boat was prop'd out incorrectly and now does 68. The counter rotation is not an issue especially since it has hydraulic steering. There still is a little work that needs to be done to the boat but it's only minor. I love it and it turns heads.
