i bought it sight unseen from a good friend and i'm told it's in great shape. fresh water from day one and always stored inside.

the coolest thing about the boat is that he repowered it with a 426 hemi!

the hemi engine was not part of the deal but i bought all the associated hardware to put another hemi back in the boat. (manifolds, bellhousing, flywheel, motor mounts, drive coupler, all the hoses and brackets, etc.....)

i'm very excited and looking forward to working on getting it powered up for the next season. maybe not the hemi right away but i felt compelled to buy the hemi parts.

anyhow, i'll post some pics soon.

have a good night, rob
Welcome to the club. You will love your Pantera in the rough stuff! Good luck with your project, and like everyone else has said, post some pics.

i'm supposed to get it in two weekends. it's in storage in the back of a storage building and the logistics of getting to it are hard.

i'm dying to get it home and i'll post a bunch of pics as soon as i do.

have a good night, rob.

Congrats,

Not sure how many in '77, but a bunch in '78 and '81 for some reason?? Take your time getting used to the boat, it is a handful to drive with the narrow beam, but kinda forgiveing, and if solid will take any abuse you care to give it. Just one work of caution, your passengers will have white knuckles. Here is a video of mine running biscayne bay in flat water

And a video taken from my boat in theAtlantic off boynton beach
