BTW, this 28 is advertising 75mph, just a few above where yours is at.
Not really the 80s-90mph your looking for.

That 2002 Pantera 28' twin with the approximate 450 HP motors runs in the 85 MPH range. I spoke to the owner recently. He told me the boat is very clean. I would just call him and verify it.

If it truly has the 425hp a side that is advertised, it should run low 80's. That is what twin 502mpi and 496ho boats run.

yea... i read that too.
get on a boat w/ a gps for real numbers.
I've never met an owner who fudged his numbers lower...
