Rob...........Nice movement in all area's.........I ended up reading the whole thread through again.........started out wanting to see what the old dash panel looked like and ended up going through all the posts.......you really have a nack for this stuff!.........by the way the dash looks great!

Today the boat went back on the trailer. It was a great step in the process.
Pics of the maneuver:





I was so excited I decided to cut out the transom. Another big moment!
I used the mercruiser template and then used a 1" hole saw to make all the curves and corners.

Finally, a mock up of the bravo one gimble assembly:


This weekend I will lower the engine on and start to fabricate the engine mounting crossmember. Also, I will see how the lightning headers fit. I mocked up a header to take some rough measurements:

how much cool stuff do you have?? i see a nice fat tire on a fox body on the lift and another one winking from under the car cover! boat is coming along very nicely my friend!! thinking this summer for getting her wet?

Another big progress day yesterday.
Rigged up a laminated beam and mocked up the engine in the boat.
The lightning headers will clear my hatch by 1/2 inch.
Now I need to fabricate motor mounts.
