Paul I took a look where you advised and did a search keying ” ballast ” with no luck!!!!

I did get side tracked looking at ribs, and reading petrol...cheers....cheerio.....kilometers..... What are you guys talking about??

Hi Mike go to the (Technical Question & A section ) its the first page ,14 posts down , water pickup Question. . As for wot are they talking about Q some times i dont even understand wot they are talking about ,tell me where you read it and i will see if i can translate for you LOL regards paul

Wicked Won also had a fitting on the k-plane to fill the ballast tank(s).

Found it so now I can fill it using just water psi while underway.
But still thinking ill need a bilge pump to pump out.
It doesnt have a bottom / gravity drain.

just curious if you figured out a way to go with your tank. Also any of you other guys with 500+ hp adding weight to the front of your 24, ballast or lead. JAime

Nothing yet. Ill most likely be going with a sm pickup coming off the tab to fill it using psi. Bilge pump to dump.

Just curious what the final solution was/is going to be?

Would water pressure alone force water out of a bilge pump outlet, past the bilge pump once the tank filled up? Or would you need a seperate overflow? You would need a breather hose anyhow, so I suppose the breather would double as the overflow....
