When I first moved to Charleston, Ma I saw a 60 minutes episode about terrorist trying to buy 1-2 man submarines with some pretty good range.... They then said Osama Bin Ladin ordered 2-3 of these submarines and wanted them shipped to charleston,ma.... Well I had a phone book right on the coffee table and loosed him up....sure enough there he was listed in black and white....for all to see...Osama Bin Laden 8th St. Charlestown, Ma 02129...So to answer your question yes they are listed if you kno what your looking for.....crazy information out there if your willing to look for it...just sayin

Wildthing's thread was legendary here to those of us who've been here a long time and really started to expose (to me at least) the builder's practices. I can't remember if Lost in Boston's situation was before or after Wildthing's but his was similar to Berks, he still pops in once in a while but I think he's given up, a beaten and defeated buyer where the legal system did little for him other than probably going broke from legal fees. He got a judgement but collected nothing or very little if I recall. The Killer Bee's fiasco was never played out here on OSO but there was controversy rumored on that one too. Others exist also but I don't see the point in going over those.

Wildthing's thread came under fire since this was heresy to the builder's flag wavers and was one of the first discussed on OSO and subsequently deleted.

I remember Lost in Boston but don't remember Wildthing's nightmare.

They are what they are. These threads are protection for people yet to do business with them. Anti screw insurance, as it were.
