Looks right. It had a bravo and I believe it had the k-planes that were something like the 170s or something judging by the round holes cut for tabs. Also had a 420 merc and keikhaefer remote mufflers...cool boat.

This Pantera 28' Race boat was built in 1992 and won many races in B-class at the time powered by a single 800 HP Hawk Marine power with a # 4 speedmaster drive.
It was very well balanced in rough water and dominated against twin engine boats.

Not sure who owns it now. I saw one of the past owners like 2 weeks ago but he sold it a few years back.
Here is a transom pic. of M-24 back in 1979. This 28' was powered by triple 2.4 Mercs.
