Name them. Ok, actie thunder, but who else builds a nice, solid boat in this size and price range. No other boats really compare. Don't even mention Baja, even if they do restart production, there is no comparison between the two.

progression and superboat are both equal or better quality and will deliver when promissed. The bottom line is quality dont mean sh*t if you cant deliver a boat.

Yes bankruptcy is a legitimate option. Is a repeated history of court judgements against Pantera for non-payment to suppliers and customers since the early 1990's a legitimate way to run a business ?
In their posts on this site they have blamed the economy after Sept. 11, 2001, the economy in 2007-8, their race boat accident/injury and their product under pricing as reasons for their myriad of problems but never once have they said a customers boat is way behind schedule because they don't have an adequate work force or their supplier isn't delivering the parts needed or they have a cash problem which are all self inflicted.

Did they pack up and slither away to somewhere else, or are they still there with 60 unfinished boats?
