That's correct, Jan is navigating for his friend Tony who's the driver.

This is the first race we're both participating at the same time so it will be lots of fun! Especially since both are doing about the same speed.

The Rev 4 (RIP) was an awesome prop - luckily it was standard out of the box.
Oh that sucks it was the prop you lost! Yeah the Rev is my favorite handling prop.

I'd say your bottom work and tab placement paid off. I can't run with the tabs all the way up.

Right now I have no idea of what prop to put on for the race since I have no time to go testing...

Mirage 25
Mirage 27 lab
Bravo 28 lab
Tempest 25
I can also borrow a Hydromotive Indimidator 27

Thank you! I will paint the hatch orange in and out during the winter, right now it's more like "pig pink" as the boat was prior the new paint.

Are the Mirages the standard or Plus? Standard Mirages are fast but they can lose bite in corners.

tomas, just curious, is this a different boat than the one I sent you the hatches for?? I noticed no hatches on this, but not sure if you filled them, or a seperate boat.

Boat looks great! and I'm impressed with the work you've done. Impressive speed for limited testing, hell, impressive PERIOD!!

Both are Mirage plus.

Yes, it's the same boat. I had the "new" hatches mounted for a couple years and tried to sell the Pantera but without any luck so I turned it in to a race boat instead.

We just finished going through the race course for tomorrows race.

The inspection starts at 7am and our start is at 1215 so we will test some props in the mean time. Hoping for at least the same speed as with the Rev 4.

I would run the M+ 27 if it's higher speed fewer corners and the M+ 25 if it's tighter and you need acceleration over top-speed.

Just my point-o-two.

Whoops just read that you have time to test before the race. Good deal.

Let us know how the Tempest works!
