Pantera 28, first of all just want to say good luck in your sale, and sorry for your bad luck with Pantera. I've read every thread from Berks mess to 10 years ago were it was happening then as well.

I just have a few questions..

1. Would you be selling if the boat was complete.

2. Are you taking a 10k loss

3. Have you looked into any legal course/action

4. When all said and done would you recommend anyone to buy a new boat fom them.

And last, How are you still ok with the Pantera knowing you paid them in full to compete a job and now you are left to deal with it, I'm sure your paying interest on your loan so the amount out of pocket has to be rising daily.

I do wish you the very best, I know you where just A victim in Panteras Scam

Thanks
Rick

Sorry, just wanted to add, I'm not giving you a hard time, just was waiting for someone to ask the questions and I would have stayed in the back ground.

I know you have to be boiling behind the scenes knowing you got screwed over!

I have to commend you on your composure with them, and with all the negative feed back you have been getting on here.

I have read so many threads on here, and have learned that this oso family is super tight and wish for no one to get taken from any boat builder, mechanic, part seller etc, ive seen mysterys unraveled on here where the good guy turned out to be the villain and with out all of these guys it would have gone unnoticed ! I don't think it's a personal attack on you, just some guys who have been around a long time and have read and seen it all.

I hope your sale goes smoothly and both party's are happy with the transaction!

Rick

ZR's have no room like the ZX's if room is what you need......but you knew that....

It sucks for this seller on here.....but I doubt anyone on OSO (except you) is going to help him get another sucker (Pantera buyer) to give Pantera money to "finish" a boat that is already PAID IN FULL.
Well said!

Carry on...

PPI already wants the boat at their facility for the cockpit installation...I have talked to them several times... so again nice and slooooow The only things left of any real significance would be the external hydraulic steering, pop-up indicators, throttles, and engine hatch lift... most people on this site (and yes maybe even you sir) could install these components in their garage over the weekend...I hope this clears up any miss conceptions you are having...
So then why not do as mentioned above and sell it in a month as a brand new never used 201? with all factory waranties to someone that will not have to wait for months/ years for a NEW Pantera boat?????
Sounds pretty damn straight to me.......

Good luck with the sale of your boat..she is a nice one!
