The wood was wet, but unfortunately not wet enough to come out easily. The transom was wet under the exhaust cutouts. Great.

May 19, 2012 - Stringers out. I ended up getting all the wood and half the transom out that day or the following week. Don't have anymore photos of that stage. Transom was solid enough to not want to come out, but too soft to stay in.
