Good to see her again! Like the graphics. Are you going with a different shade of yellow? Looks good with the sit downs, you like them better?

I see your selling the TRS that was slowing that bad boy down. Way to deep right. It did work flawless though. Are you raising the x height?

sit downs are cool - although its always an adjustment to not see when getting on plane. X will be set at 17 Per Pepe!! should handle and improve speed some.

How are you getting the graphics off the hull? Are you repainting?

Should be much faster with the new X height! I ended up with another 24 Pantera with a stock 454 with a bravo. Drive was 5 1/2 inches of the bottom and went the same speed as the big motor in your yellow boat. Your going to have your hands full running in the upper 70's! Should be fun!

how much speed do you pick up going from TRS to bravo? i think i just found my 24 pantera. 79. 330 TRS. i am going with about 450 hp not mild but not wild 454. will probably start pondering the conversion about 10 seconds after it comes up on plane the first time...

I'll let you know in about 2 months!! haha - well hard to say really. Boat will be about 300lbs lighter. Will probably run a 4 blade 27p prop. My motor makes about 580 hp. I'm assuming the x-dim changed from the TRS to the Bravo so that might help as well. My guess is a pickup of 5mph. So for a $ conversion probably not the greatest bang for the buck. But when something goes wrong it will be easy to fix. I only ran about 3 times last summer do to part non-availability.
