Oso if primarily for dic ks anyway. We all get over the hazing period . Let it go. We all do the same thing at the end of the day......spend way more money for short periods of fun. Let's fight in the winter while there is nothing to do.

To get thread back on track, this boat is amazing. I absolutely love it. On the other hand, I HATE procharger. The cog belt caused the bearings in the procharger to let go. The metal from the procharger took out the intercooler causing the motor to ingest metal and water. I took the boat to the engine builder and we drained the oil and took the filter apart. There was minimal metal fragments but he said it would be best to tear the motor down just to check. He also showed me the build sheet on the motor for 20k. That made me feel good and bad at the same time. I'm not here to flame procharger, but that's the 2nd time a procharger ruined a motor of mine. I will never run a procharger.

We just got back from a 4 day camping trip. I love this boat so much. The ride is unbelievable. The faster the better it rides. I was hoping for more speed, the boat ran 78. It has a very conservative tune and 3lbs of boost. I am going to run 5lbs of boost and prop up to a 30p. Thanks again for all the compliments. I'll get up some pics as soon as I can upload them.
Sorry you had some motor problems already but take a boat that has the dog crap run out of it every weekend and it will never break . Let it sit in a barn for a few years and try to run it hard and its gonna break .
Old fuel , dirty carb , preloaded valve springs . Most of the time a stagnet motor will run lean and even though it sounds good and you think it's running good you need to pull all eight plugs after a full pull (under load on water) and read them.
Just remember that procharger is probally giving you 8 mph or so , if you lose it your gonna have to build one radical N/A motor to keep your speed you have now .
Rock on and keep your head up ..
