What a great thread!

Trying to dig up more pics of this one if anyone knows of it. This boat appears to have been repainted 4 or 5 times lol

fantastixvoyage congrats on the ride!
I recently aquired a retired OPA 24' "XFactor"
that I will soon start redoing. Maybe we can finally get a Pantera reunion for next season and bring everyone together.

Congrats as well!

Boat seems solid but will know more thru the weekend. If she's not too bad off I'm shooting to make the OPA Orange Beach race. Lots to do but from what I can tell these boats are well worth it. Keep us abreast of your progress.

OPA 09-09-2010 06:34 PM

Where in Fl, I am up for a reunion any weekend:drink:

no limits 09-09-2010 08:56 PM

Yes to the Pantera reunion here! I am central, but willing to travel. If anybody needs a "regatta" so to speak, it should be PANTERA! I have heard people talk...lets do it in 2011! Can we make it official? I'd like Jo and Pepe to chime in here. Let's organize, get it together, and make it happen! Willing to help in any way I can to get it going. Let's get a quick poll on here. Who would be in for the 1st annual 2011 PANTERA get togehter. Me for vote 1. Now...location?:circle:

OCCJoe 09-09-2010 09:34 PM

I'm in from NC !

fantastixvoyage 09-09-2010 09:54 PM

Hey guys lets get the ball rolling for weekend of races in Orange Beach Alabama next month! Bon Jovi and Brad Paisely in concert, ridiculous hotel specials, poker run and two days of OCEAN racing!!! :evilb:

Pantera24 09-09-2010 11:12 PM

I am seriously up for a Pantera Rally in 2011....I will start a seperate thread to gauge interest, location and dates.

no limits 09-10-2010 05:36 AM

Maybe first year say Destin/Ft. walton or Panama City. Fl? If it goes good 2012 in Miami. Maybe 2013 Michigan or something...just thinking out loud.

rchevelle71 09-10-2010 07:25 AM

I am down, so long as it is within a 12 hour or so ride, I am not much for trailering lon distances.

OPA 09-11-2010 04:22 PM

Too cool! I have to ask...pics of "Double Cross"? Old or new? What year is the "Double Cross" boat? Did you race it at one time? What does or did it run for power?
