All tanks sold now have to have a vapor recovery (big charcoal canister you have to put somewhere and hose up) and anti over flow protection.
Its kind of like an OPD overfill nozzle on a propane tank. Same physical size tank- you just get "about" 20% of the capacity reduced.

I just don't think that is even remotely possible now, what is the cost of even a complete 496/Bravo setup new, must be 25k or more? Plus all the rigging etc I bet you would spend 50k on strictly materials, no labor or overhead, on a single 25-30 foot boat.
