Black Twin Step 28' SR?
 

Driving by Ameritrail in St Cloud, there's a black hull with twin steps. Has a cover on it, but sure looks like a newer Pantera. Believe there was a black one built with steps correct?

Could be the black 35 race boat ?

If I'm not mistaken the 35 race had no steps. There was a black sided white deck 28 that wasn't finished and sold last year incomplete

I thought that one went up north to OCC Joe.

Wasn't the black 28 SR on Ebay a little while back? Maybe someone bought it. Was it Concept that had it?

Is it possibly Berks boat? Whatever became of his hull?

Is this boat for sale right now? What is going on on the starboard hull side?

Is it for sale then currently ? It like sold for 18K to 20 K last year and was ebay for a while

I think the boatresources website is notorious for old ads, an email might get an answer.

The unfinished boat sold for 17,500, if I remember correctly. The seller was dropping the price 500 at a time until someone bit.

Very cool. I mainly just wanted to confirm it was a Pantera. Looked like it, but couldn't tell for sure with the cover, and I know they only made a few stepped 28's. Scott building you a new trailer? They do great work. Just had some cross members and new axles put under mine a few weeks back. Good luck with it!

Yes getting new 8inch c channel trailer built and the current trailer will be for sale if not sold already . This whole process of getting together will take time but when done I will share pics when completed

Bigboat28 sorry I don’t at moment. On June 29th on my way to work was in auto accident and been out of work four months almost and just returned today so everything got put on hold. So in 30 days I should be back on track

I just had two brand new motors built for my 28, 555s 650+ hp each. They are back in it and just have a few things left to do. It should be ready for early spring though.

If it's like an iPad..... click "Go Advanced" on the bottom of the reply box then hit "Manage Attachments" and a new window will open. Follow the prompts from there.......

Choose a file, then upload, close that window and you should be good.

I realize this was an old old thread. But, have recently been shopping and was always intrigued by the stepped hull 28. that I believe was built with the Factory 1 class in mind?
At some point, I thought there were two built, (one white one black?)

We have the last two boat built before Jo passed. BA's is black sides and mine is black with eyes
