454s he didn't know much about them. Had intakes and headers on them one motor seems like no spark. Wont fire. Didn't get into it. It's on a pretty busted alum trailer. Has bravo 1s he's asking 25. Seemed pretty solid to me I'm no master at inspecting hulls though.

Ouch, what a bummer. That boat has been in TX for a while. Was for sale back in 2007 with new bravo drives. Guy that used to post here bought it and must of sold it a year or two ago, but I doubt it was in that kind of shape we he sold it. Sounds like it just sat outside for a year or two. I doubt the current owner paid more than $20K for it.
Honestly, don't spend $25K on a twin engine 28 Pantera unless you plan on spending at least another $25K to get it in good shape. I've done that before with a similar boat and it was the worst financial decision I've ever made. If your budget is $25K then do yourself a favor and at least limit yourself to a 24-27ft boat with a single engine that runs and is balanced well.
