Originally posted by georges I had thought the motor was all put together, as in one piece and it was just a matter of dropping it in! It's basically a block with heads installed and the rest of it is in 6 or 7 boxes! I know that feeling well.:( |
ROTFLMAO!
It didn't look quite that bad, the heads were bolted on!:D  I spent 3 hours today in Sarasota, in the bilge, cleaning the engine compartment, so that Dr Smith and his team of surgeons can have a sterilized work environment when they perform the installation. The batteries are still charged up after sitting for nearly a year, almost everything worked. It's a great looking boat................... but it's going to be better! :D |

Here is how it looked when the motor was in there;)

Albert,
What is all that empty space above the fuel tank, just forward of the engine compartment? Also, did all of the gauges work the last time you ran the boat? Thanks. GB |
that was when the interior and motor were removed, and all the gauges worked, the rigging is new.
