Hey Guys:

I finally have some time to respond regarding my sea trial on Thursday.

My idling problem was fixed with just a change of a part. The engine is very strong and just purrs like a kitten. One thing that I really liked about the engine compartment was that the mechanic could really get in there and move around with little problem.

The boat with a single is very well balanced and just loves to dig into those corners and hold that turn. No skipping, as you probably would get with steps.

The lowering of the floor for the driver and passenger puts you deeper in the boat and the padding under it is easier on the back.

I also like the way the name of the boat is placed the deck.

We took pictures at this private island that had it's own exclusive 18 hole golf course. If you look closely at the pictures you can make the green out. We were in a bit of a rush, didn't want security to give us any trouble. But the backdrop for the pics was just perfect.

I'm really happy with the way the flag seems to fall into the water.

All in all it was a great day and I was really beaming with joy. The finishing touches should be completed by the beginning of the week and Barbie should be transporting Full Throttle to Connecticut on Wednesday is all goes as planned.

Thanks again JO, Pepe, Linda & Barbie.

Ron, it looks great. Is the bow the only place where you have the name of the boat?

Hey Storm:

Thanks. Yes, the bow is the only spot. BTW..I'm hoping to finally get to put my pillows in the water this week, just waiting for JO to let me know when Full Throttle is on it's way to Connecticut. I have had the frame in, but didn't want to get the pillows all full of crap. How long do you think it would take to get the pillows together? Do you think I need to get wet? Maybe we can get to boat together soon.

Re: Hey Full Throttle 525

Ron, you'll need a full day to get the rest of it together.
You will need a work boat or a floating dock to tie off the rear pillow to
the frame, otherwise you'll need to jump in.
Try to inflate the internal chambers to approx 6".
Also, bring a vacuum with you, just incase you overinflate, you'll need
to suck out the air.
Don't rush, and you can always give me a call if you need help.

And it'd be great to meet up with you. I was out last night and there were alot of HP boats running. A 47 fountain, 29 scarab, and 42 cig tiger.
It's nice to see other guys tearing it up.

See ya out there!

Hey Storm:

Thanks for the info. I'll probably use the tender from the marina. Don't want to get wet yet!! Will call if I have any problems.

Thanks,

Ron

Hey WildThing:

I haven't heard anything from the factory since I was there Thursday, so I haven't made any arrangements with Barbie as of yet. I was supposed to have the trailer registered but the lines at the DMV were really long. Hoping to get to it tomorrow.

The only problem that we had during the sea trial was that the water pickup line that feeds the back of the speedometer had come off and we didn't have the tools necessary to affix it properly. Initially the water had sprayed underneath the dash and caused a minor short. The engine, in order to protect itself by virtue of the computer, cut the power to the engine. As a result we couldn't run too fast, but I imagine that JO has fixed that by now.

I'm hoping to have the boat here in Connecticut by the end of this week.

Hey Guys:

I'm just waiting for someone at the factory to let me know if my boat is coming up North.

The trailer is registered, information sent south...waiting..waiting...waiting.
