I am not too happy about this, although, I must say Hawaii's weather beats the crap out of South Fla, but the sea beats the crap out of any boat!
So you think a rear bench is impossible to re-install?
If you really want a Pantera 24, Fred Green has a very nice one for sale, for about $14,500, no trailer, TRS drive, 454 motor, nice boat................. with a rear bench! If you want his contact info, just e-mail me.

I saw your boat on the Pantera Boats Site as well. I live in Pompano and am actually searching for a Pantera24. I have seen several other "copy" versions of the Pantera, but have not seen anything that equals the quality. Let me know what the details are and your price.
