28 Sit Down ??

Went a little deeper on the X and slowed down but played with trim and tabs Mike P Helped me some and the boat ran 91 and backed it up with a second 90 mph pass . Ran the OPBA poker run this weekend and it was rough ,but seats worked realy well .Had another drive issue we have got to do some homework on the drive problem. All these numbers are with 1/2 tank or more and all equipment plus cooler and 3 people in last run.

& don't forget you won the worst hand...
Boat looked great & sounded awesome. Rough was an under statement.

Hey Brian,
Glad to hear the boat is running strong.Looks good to.I will need to take it out for a blast with you soon.
Tomlinson's Pantera 28' ran 95.8 MPH on GPS one time with me in it and would run in the low 90s consistent with fuel and a few passengers. My customer that purchased the boat from him never dialed in the props.I felt it had a few more in it.Remember that 28' also had a # 3 A Speedmaster drive. The motor dynoed at 890 HP on pump gas.
I also heard of a customer of ours in Arizona that powered his 1998 Pantera 28' with a single 1300 HP with a Stock Bravo 1 and ran way over 110 MPH in a Poker Run speed run.I heard he banged the drive with in a few minutes. His boat was a full pleasure version. I have run a few 28's right around 100 MPH but they have not been in a full pleasure version. Remember "power means nothing with out control ".
Will get together soon. Put your kill switch on while boating.
Regards,
Jo - Pantera Boats
