Well Pepe, you got a few yrs on me.
From some of the pics, the cockpit does not seem too deep, at least not as deep as a 41 apache. It's not that i'd be concerned about being able to get out, its being able to get out and get a spring line on in a hurry.
And lowblue, you're right, you could always sneek underneath.
Docking alone will need just a bit more planning. A sacrifice worth making to have the ultimate layout(imo).

I've never had a problem getting in and out of Marks boat. Just spend a little more time at the gym doing dips.
