What's wrong w/ this boat??

Please refresh my memory, but what's wrong w/ this boat?
I remember someone saying it has like 6 batteries.
What else is wrong?

This Boat just got purchased a few minutes ago by a friend of mine.There is nothing wrong with it, just a great deal.

Boat had 2 additional batteries due to the A/C unit , 4 in total.
