Lake Norman started a new law a few years ago that only 3 or 4 boats can be tied together and the groups have to be like 150 feet apart or you get a ticket. Totally ruined the big party fun atmosphere. I really don't go out there much anymore. It was great fun For many years. Jeff wurl

This year at the LKN Fun Run in August, the po-po let us raft up and we had a great time. We had probably 50-60 boats in 3-4 lines, all in one cove.
