How many of these boats have been made so far? Is there any more pics of them and information on them?

As far as the number of Platinum hulls that have been built. The grand total would be five. There are a total of three Rage cats and two Raptor V-bottoms in existence. Popeye and DF Young are the two Rage #6 catamarans that have been built. The third cat is a BPM drive hull that has not yet been rigged for any application. Of the two V-bottoms, one is rigged and one is a completely bare hull. Both Raptors are Autoclave cured carbon prepreg with a nomex honeycomb core. Very high tech, very light, and pretty darn fast. The Raptor that has been rigged runs 90+ with twin HP500s. Not too shabby for a 41 foot V-bottom.

There were at least 2 43' Tencara's built. One was the Jolly Motor (later Callan) and the other was Colorline Offshore Racing.

Platinum hasn't built any Tencara hulls yet though. (unfortunately ) All the Tencaras that have been built were built before Platinum bought all the rights to the design. I think the total number of Tencaras built was a bit higher than two though--possibly five or six? I'm not sure where all of them ended up. I can name at least one more for sure though. The Helly Hansen boat that burnt down to the waterline in a race in Norway was a Tencara.
