TBD, well, you can't say you didn't give it a shot! I heard the new neighbor is tossing around some serious coin between the condo and the new boat. Hell, I'm going to have to sell my house in BR just to buy another boat! Living at the river is really going to be tough.

Stop by #6 this weekend. Mike & T will be out of town but I'm sure we can throw together some kind of moving-in party! You know me, any excuse!
