Don't I know it!! All of the last minute phone calls and add-ons are starting. The next two weeks are shear hell for me. Glad I'm 'retiring' after this year!
I spent last night at the Renaissance and met with the folks at Tidewater Yacht. They're providing a lot more dock space than last year. We should be able to put 60 boats on the "F" dock with the other @50 spread around the marina.

Yes, the faster boats will start first - "Excursion" will be their start boat. Then I'll start the "less fast" boats. Unless anyone has a better idea...

How about above and below 80 mph...First boats start then 5 mins later 2nd boats start. The seperation point can be the bridge. All boats that will run with the over 80mph fleet wait on the south side of the bridge for the start, all boats below 80 wait on the north side of the bridge.
