Suggestions please. If you had to chose which poker run to do would it be the APRA 1000 Island or APRA Alexandria Bay.
If neither, which one in the North East?
If One of those, any suggestion on doing it: where to stay, Launch, Slips etc???
Thanks!

Barry,
Come do 1000 Islands in Aug. We have been going for two years now and its great. We towed up last year with the Ocean Performance guys. The run is one of the best around, besides Mohegan of course.

Dan, The timing may be bad for Alexandria Bay for me, I'm hpoing to hear something about the 1000 Island at Kingston. It looks like a BIG event and in almost the same place. Depending on what I can find out it will be between those two. I'm also thinking about the Hudson River Run in June.

Barry, either run in the Islands would be a fanastic trip, but if you can only make one event, you have to do Kingston.
It's a great City with lots of Restuarants, and Bars within walking distance of the the Marina.
All the boats are in one place, and there are 3 hotels within sight distance of the basin.
Hook up with the CT guys, roll on up here, and enjoy.
If I could offer you one piece of advice, avoid the Chicago guys on Friday night, it makes for a tough Saturday morning .....
