Be careful running that boat. In the last two years, I've had to pull two friends from the water and watch them ride AirMed to the hospital. Not great memories for me. Both of those were in open water. Chene Blanc leaves no room for error. Something goes wrong at those speeds and you are in the trees quick.

I hope we can make yours this year too, jmeng. If you want to, we'll get together one day and run over to Pier 13 and discuss next year's PR with Guy. Like I said, I',m sure he would be all over it.

'preciate that. I'll meet you over there one weekend once we get on the water. My fiance just had surgery so it'll probably be a month or so before I'm down there, unless I get a yard pass one day.
As far as our run hope you can make it. Definetly more about partying than running but at least we have the prop stop option in there for the guys like me that want to burn some gas.

Gotcha, I've got a couple of friends with camps in the new section. I usually run through there but keep if fairly slow. Not sure if you knew or not but Chiquipin is only and idle zone for 300 feet on either side of the bridge now. Most people (me included) still idle through the old section.
