ill be there sat. looking forward to running. its my first year to run this one!!! any good tips on how to go. i ran the tickfaw 200 sunbunns then madisonville and hit blind river bar last.

Change of plans - I will be taking (29 Mach 1) the Sunseeker out for the Royal Purple Poker Run. Give me a smile when you pass me out in the lake. See ya on the water. Should have pictures posted middle of next week.

Anthing in particular going on at sunbuns on friday? I'm from Lake Charles. Me and Angelle are coming over for the poker run. Stayin at the Hampton Inn in Hammond Fri and Sat. We were thinkin about going out on friday but don't know if hardly anybody would be out that day.
Been goin over there for about 5 years now. love it over there. You might pass me up on the lake in my "Nauti Girl" (boat, not girl haha)- 24ft Chaparral SSi, but I can cruise pretty good and I'll catch up, just gotta slow down a little if it gets big chops. Last summber J.Meng and the BR Boat Club invited us to run with them to Morton's restaurant, then the sand bar - it was a fun day. Let me know what's going on. I know some guys will go to sunbuns on friday before the pokerrun just to get a little cruise in. I finally have a friday off and was seeing if anyone planned on going. I am coming from madisonville. Friday and Sat. will definately be great weather.

I think some of the crew from Lake Charles are going tommorrow and staying in Hammond also. I'll check with em and see if they are runnin to buns. I know they were talking about a friday run. We will probably may make the run. Been two summers ago since went there. What boat you got...and don't tell me a go devil!!!! I'm a member of Serious Offshore but not this one so I can't look up anybody's info. May see ya there, look for the wht/black with yellow stripe Chaparral.
