Take care of the old Flamingo. That was our homestead the first three or four years that we attended. Would still be there but they were letting the maintenance slip. A/C trouble every year, plumbing and just a little *****ing with the neighbors. I thought we were pretty nice peeps. Maybe they didn't like our music or the hours we kept while there.:evilb::evilb:

We stayed there last year and loved it. Owners must have stepped it up a notch. House was in great shape, guys were there installing a new washer and dryer when we first got there. Nice having that much room, think we've got 12 people sleeping there this year. :evilb::ernaehrung004:

We did have some issues with the neighbors last year, the guy across the street didn't like where we had the trailers parked and acted like a dik even after we moved them. Nothing I can't handle though. :angry-smiley-038:

We should be somewhere in Florida by this time two weeks from now. Got some waxin and cleaning to do this weekend to get ready....

Bout a week to go.....Work is suckin' hind end right now....Hoping the weather will be good next week. Been off and on rainy here for the past couple of weeks. Hot and humid as hell though.
