Here's the info, should be a fun run with around 300 entries. The run starts around 9am and ends at the at Eufaula cove marina. Entry form is located at http://eufaulachamberofcommerce.com/...plication.html

2009 Whole Hawg Run Rules and Regulations

Registration Ends at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 25, 2009

Pre-registration ends July 20, 2009 (All entries postmarked by July 20, 2009 are considered pre-registered and the entrant may pick up their packet at the Chamber office (321 N. Main) Friday evening, July 24, between (6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.)

1. All entries must abide by Oklahoma Boating and Highway Laws . Safety comes first!

2. More than 1 entry per CRAFT OR MOTORCYCLE will be permitted. More than one entry per person will be permitted.

3. The “owner” of an entry shall be the individual who signs the waiver on the entry form. The owner will be required to provide a state issued photo ID when they pick up their original packet. The owner may then designate another individual to pick up cards at the marinas. All prize money will be made payable and any 1099’s issued to the owners of the hands. There will be no exceptions to this rule.

4. There will be no limit on the number of entries accepted.

5. A broken seal (for any reason) on any card will result in disqualification and forfeiture of entry fees.

6. An owner of a hand must be 21 years of age.

7. The run will begin at 9:00 a.m. and will end at 3:00 p.m. You may complete the run at your leisure as long as you have gathered your 6 cards by 3:00 p.m.

8. All entrants may pick up their Hawg (6th) Card if they purchased it, at registration. The 1st and 6th cards will be picked up at the same time, either Friday evening or Saturday morning. Cards from all pick-up locations must be picked up by 3:00 p.m.—NO EXCEPTIONS!

9. Any participant who is not in line for check-in by 3:30 p.m. will forfeit their entry fee cannot continue to the check-in table. NO EXCEPTIONS!

10. Pre-registered entrants have the option to pick up their packets Friday evening between 6:00-10:00 p.m. at the Eufaula Area Chamber of Commerce office located at 321 N. Main. All remaining entrants must check-in on the deck at the Eufaula Cove Marina Complex between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Any participants not checked in by 10:00 a.m. will forfeit their entry fee—NO EXCEPTIONS!

11. You will pick up your 1st and 6th cards when you receive your registration packet and may pick up your second card after 9:00 a.m. Saturday at any of the participating marinas excluding Eufaula Cove Marina

12. Hands will be revealed upon completion beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the deck at the Eufaula Cove Marina. Only those hands in the prize money will be posted.

13. Prizes will be awarded according to the rules of 5 Card Stud.

14. The total number of entries will determine the amount of prize money given away. Prize winners over $600.00 will receive an IRS Form 1099.

15. Prizes:

A. First through fifth prizes will be awarded to the highest five card stud hands (ex. Royal Straight, 4 of a Kind, Full House, etc.)

B. 36 jokers will be distributed throughout the field and are to be used as wild cards.

C. The lowest hand of the contest will receive a $1,000 prize (ex. A, 2, 3, 4, 6)

D. Any contestant drawing a 2 of Hearts will receive a $100 prize on the spot!

E. Purchase any product from any Chamber member on the day of the run prior to 3:00 p.m. and ask for your receipt. A receipt for any item (auto fuel, boat fuel, ice, snacks) will be considered acceptable. Receipts may be presented and turned in to check-in table at Eufaula Cove and exchanged for tickets. You will receive one ticket for every $10 (or part of $10) spent. One ticket will be drawn and the winner will receive $1,000. It will be your responsibility to identify Chamber members. A list of current members will be included with your registration packet.

F. One card in the entire field will have a special “Hawg” mark and will receive a $1,000 prize.

16. Hawg Cards:

A. A Hawg Card works much like a Mulligan in golf. Upon check-in at the Eufaula Cove Marina, the five cards you have collected will be unsealed and revealed. If you purchased a Hawg Card at the time of registration, it will be unsealed at the same time. Each entry will be allowed to purchase only one Hawg Card.

B. Hawg Cards will be sold for $25.00 and must be purchased before the run begins.

17. 50/50 Tickets:

A. You may purchase 50/50 tickets at any pick-up location except Eufaula Cove Marina. Ticket sales will be complete by 3:00 p.m. Winning tickets will be drawn during the awards presentation.

B. Tickets are sold in $10.00 lots. You may purchase as many lots as you desire.

C. All tickets sold will be combined into one hopper.

D. One ticket will be drawn and the winner will receive half of the money collected. You must be present to win.

18. In case of a tie, the prize money for those places will be combined and divided equally.

19. All prizes will be awarded immediately after the completion of the 3:30 p.m. check-in.

20. With your entry fee you will receive a one-year honorary membership to the Eufaula Area Chamber of Commerce.
