I'm working the Poker Run as far as I know and plan to come up early so prefer to stay on my boat as close as I can.

Was out to lunch with Chris Mills, Jim Lee, and Tyson on Thursday. Sounds like we may have Jim talked into coming to Boyne Thunder in his 46' Skater Freedom Racing US-1.
Looking like an awesome year!!

As people are reading these post, if you have some comments on what the other Poker Runs around the country do for fuel sales. Does anyone from one of the poker runs have a fuel truck come into the marina's? I have put some options together as you see from above posts(#110 post). Looking for a little input. Have not found a fuel supplier to bring a tanker without a good dollar of pre sold fuel. I have been told special permit is needed to fuel boats in water.

I am not sure what other runs are doing, but I have checked into buying fuel off the truck while on the water. My fuel supplier was unwilling to do it for me due to the regulations/permits regarding fueling boats while afloat. Maybe if you got enough people to pre-buy you could get a truckload delivered to the marinas tanks, and pay them a few $ to pump it for you, if they knew in advance to have a tank emptied out.

With all the help around the doats and ramp, I dont think it would be bad to have a fuel truck on sight and just pull your boat out fill it with RACE FUEL 110 oct and drop it back in and head back down the lake. Obeying all the laws of course.
