How does the river look? My buddy in Newburgh says it looks like there's alot of debris?? Has anyone checked it recently?

When I crossed the River earlier today on my way to a car cruise in located in Port Ewen (South of Kingston), I have to say the River at Kingston did look better than it has in a LONG time. I think there is finally some clearing in the water color.
