So we are finally in a two page spread in this winters Poker Run America magazine. They helped me write a really nice story about our run and added some great pictures thanks to Sharkey... Should help with this years attendance so lock the date into your 2012 calenders.

Not sure yet. The spring run is not as popular "yet" with the people as the fall run is. But with Sharkeys schedule it only leaves me the first or second weekend in May to have the spring run. A lot of people tell me thats to early because they dont have their boats out of winterazation yet. But we also have Lake George and the Holiday weekend in May to contend with. Maybe we can get some ideas and Ill plan around everyone else...So the fall run I get yelled at because its to late in season and spring run is to early in season .

That early on the Hudson can sometimes be questionable with Spring snow runoffs. Thankfully (so far) since we have had minimal (almost none) snowfall, the Hudson may finally be able to clear out from the effects of Hurricane Irene. Believe it or not, many feeder streams are still running with a lot of sediment in them. This will be our first complete season with the boat so I'm seriously keeping an eye on the situation.

Let me know if you would like me to work on anything on the Kingston end, such as docking arrangements, conditions and catering quotes, etc. I have some ideas if you are interested.
