I am working on a gameplan for the run. It sounds like everyone tries to get a few stops in on Friday and then the rest on Saturday? I think that is how I am going to plan it as I don't plan on heading down til Friday.

That's the way it's designed to work. That way you can enjoy your self and the stops. Take your time hang out with every one. It's NOT a race! Hands must be in late saturday afternoon.
