Also planning on attending. Does anyone have an address for the launch ramp and drivers meeting? It's our first time trying this run. Or is anyone leaving from Buffalo Saturday morning?

how long?
I would love to do this event and not sure if I will tow down or catch a ride on, Go For Broke. I am curious about the approximate distance of the course? Last year I had a family commitment and missed the run and regretted it all winter. Also does anyone bring kids? I have a 14 year old daughter who is dying to go Poker Running!!

Here is the address again. Drivers meeting is at 10:30 and we leave at 11 sharp. The course is only about 70-75 miles, shorter if you don't choose to do the beach raft off.
Keep in mind there is only 1 launch ramp at the marina so you need to get there early to get all the boats in. An option is to launch at Ouk Orchard in Point Breeze and the best launch is the old state launch on the west side of the river. I know we head back there for the first stop but it is only about 6-7 miles from Eagle Creek.
Yes, we are family friendly so feel free to bring the kids. The yacht club folks from the marina don't actually take their boats out but participate and bring kids to the dinner and awards.

Looks like picture perfect weather for the run. I wish I could make it, but I'll be working on other folks boats at the marina. Have a great - and safe - time!
