we have never been to this PR and plan on coming down and running it in sept. would really love some input from you guys as far as, if there is shore power? showers, restrooms and what ever info you guys can give me.......thanks, ted

I'd call the State Dock, the marina where it is held, and see if they have any overnight slips available. (270)343-6000 If you can get a slip they have everything you mentioned.

Last i heard they were already booked by noon the sunday after the run!! Look up jamestown Marina, lake cumberland! State Dock also has cabins you can rent as well!

It is a dry county. Bring more alcohol than you can drink.

yeah no kidding we drove from buffalo ny last year to find that out. it became a really expensive weekend because of that

If you will call state dock and enter they Poker Run they will release you a room at the lodge. Just got one!

There are probably over 1200 annual slip holders at the State Dock who do that every weekend. SD has very nice facilities. I would say that most Poker Runners stay on the houseboat boatels or in the State Park resort rooms but some stay on their boats.

The party is on the dock so if you can get a slip you'll be right there.
