sounds like put in bay it is. looking forward to it, probably one of the coolest places i have ever been by boat.

Yea I just saw on their website yesterday that thunderfest is July 25 weekend but they did not have a location named yet.

I am suppose to work that saturday too but since you guys are coming I will find away to get it off lol.

i think a lot of people are gonna be "sick" for that weekend. i might come down with something on wednesday night so i will have thursday and friday off

kevin I keep asking Tim about Key West dates, do you know what dates we need off for the trip? I have to put in for vacation by February 10.

I know some of you who have done the SPBA Pirates run on Seneca Lake have been told or feel that the ROPA Seneca Lake Battleship Run is too mild or calm (without personal experience). However we have been doing it for 23 years and this year, July 18-20, we will do it for the 24th year! Yes we may not be as wild as the "Pirates", and unfortunately SPBA is no more, but we at ROPA must be doing something right to still keep going for 24 years. I'm glad to see the Put In Bay Thunderfest moved to the week after the Battleship Run not only for the possibility some of you will try us out, or return, but I want to go to the Thunderfest myself and now can do both events. I hope to meet some of you at both!
When we get our ( www.rochesteroffshore.com ) website updated and applications for this year ready I will start a thread on here for the 24th annual Seneca Lake Battleship Run.

We haven't been able to attend the Battleship run for a number of years but are hoping to be back this year. It's a grat weekend with good people.

Dale, Nov 2-9 for knew west. I will get in touch with you and lock down the dates we will be going. Gonna start booking things soon. We will leave on sat or Sunday with the boat, spend a few days in ft lauderdale then run down to key west on Wednesday or Thursday and start the drive back on monday
